What we run for you

One system runs your front office.

Every piece runs together, not a pile of separate tools you have to wire up.

Three tiers. One goal. Own your market.

Tier 3 is the full system, and the one to want. Tiers 1 and 2 are lighter cuts of it, if you're not ready for the whole thing.

Tier 1

Catch. Answer every call, and never miss the work.

The basics: a site built to rank in local search and an agent that answers every call or texts back every one you miss.

61%
of callers to a business reach a live person.

Tier 2

Convert. Book more of what you get, and earn more calls.

The essentials: every lead chased until it books, every customer asked for a review, and your local presence kept active, so more calls come in over time.

21x
more likely to qualify a lead when you reply in 5 minutes instead of 30.

“Excavating raised me. IBM trained me. This shop is built on experience.”

Blake · Founder, Carbide & Dirt · Kingston Springs, TN

I grew up in the excavating industry, earned a computer science degree, and spent eight years at IBM writing software for z/OS, the mainframe system banks run on. Excavating companies know dirt. Marketing and software shops know code. Your front office needs both.

And this company runs on everything it sells. Eryn answers my line. I built this site myself. Call the number and you're testing the product.

FAQ

Straight answers

What does Carbide & Dirt actually do?

We take the front office off your plate so you can grow. The phone, follow-up, reviews, and your website, all handled as one system, so no job slips and the calendar stays full. It answers every call and books the site visit, and it's built for excavating contractors by someone who grew up in the trade.

Do I have to learn new software?

No. The agent runs on your existing number and texts you transcripts and bookings. Nothing new to log into, and nothing to maintain. We tune it for you.

How is this different from a call center?

A call center reads a script and charges you per call. The agent knows your services and your numbers, answers by the second ring, day or night, and books straight to your calendar. It was built by a contractor, not a phone room.

What does it cost?

Flat monthly plans starting at $750/mo. Three tiers depending on how much of the system you want, and none of them are a percentage of your revenue or a per-lead fee. If you run ads, that spend is yours and goes straight to Meta, not through us. The exact quote is a free 30-minute call with Blake.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. The agreement is month to month with a 30-day cancellation notice. There's a one-time setup fee sized to the tier you pick, and that's the whole shape of the deal.

What is the Founding Ten?

Our first ten clients, nationwide. They skip the setup fee, keep their starting rate for as long as they stay, and hold their market exclusively: we don't take on a client's direct competitors. In return we publish their results by name, counted from call transcripts. There are only ten of these spots open. Grab yours while you still can.

If I leave, what do I keep?

Everything about your business goes with you: your content, your branding, your domain, and your Google Business Profile. We hand you a working copy of your site to host anywhere. Any phone number you brought leaves with you; a number we provisioned stays with us. What stays with us is the platform your site was built on and the front office that runs it, the voice agent, the follow-up, the reviews. Those stop when you go. Nothing gets held hostage.

How long until it's live?

A week or less from the day your information is in hand. We tell you exactly what we need to build you out; most of the timeline is how fast that comes back from you.

Can I try it before I buy?

Yes. Call our line right now and you're talking to Eryn, the same agent we build for you. Ask her anything. If it fits, she books your free 30-minute call with Blake. Want to see one first? A real call is printed word for word on The math page.

Do I have to fire my marketing agency?

No. Keep them. Ads that make your phone ring are money well spent, once every ring gets answered. We cover the phone, the follow-up, the reviews, and the website, and we catch what they send you.

Spec your build.

Call the line and Eryn picks up, day or night. Ask her anything, or bring your real numbers (calls a week, average job, current reviews) and we'll show you what they add up to.
